Liz Lampkin is an educator by nature. The Tuskegee graduate has been a school teacher by profession and romance expert by hobby. Liz was always the friend you could count on to create a romantic setting, provide tips and even prepare necessities for her friends and their significant others. At the suggestion of a friend who thought her advice was needed by more than those in her inner circle. She penned “Recipes For Romance- Cooking Outside The Kitchen” a comprehensive guide to generating, and maintaining the romantic “edge” for couples. No novice on the subject Liz has been the keynote speaker at various bridal showers and book clubs, and has hosted numerous seminars discussing the fundamental concepts of romance, and how to incorporate these concepts in the everyday relationship.

The native Chicagoan who now resides in St. Petersburg, FL is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority she enjoys music, writing, exercise, sports, and spending time with family and friends.
